1. Hang around people that don't align with me.
that includes people who are committed to misunderstanding me and unable to meet me where I'm at.
2. Feel the need to change myself for others.
I am only in control of myself. not everyone will be for me and that's ok. I'd rather be myself than fit the mold.
3. Care what others think of me.
I'm committed to putting that negative energy elsewhere. It's ok not to be everyone's best friend. I can be authentically me.
4. Fake it till I make it.
I'm getting better at learning to speak my needs. no more suffering in silence, we can ask for what we need and want.
