We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order and we will be happy to make it right.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping time varies based on volume of orders. Please allow 1 week for regular orders to ship, although it is usually much sooner than this. We currently offer worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS. For U.S. customers, once your order has shipped you should receive it within 1-3 business days. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to shipping fees based on standard carrier fees, calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Customers outside of the U.S. are not subject to free shipping discounts.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
We recommend machine washing your items on a cold cycle alone for the first one to two washes to prevent any color transfer. Items can then be washed with other like colors. Please hang dry your garments for best results. Color pigment and graphics will naturally fade over time with wash and wear.
DO YOU GIVE BACK?
Every year we donate 10% of all sales to charities that support mental health initiatives. Currently we are supporting The Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund which provides financial assistance to Black women and girls nationally seeking therapy.
